Our Story
Engineers Without Borders Finland (EWB-Finland) is a non-profit association that was officially registered in 2009. We are part of a global network of Engineers Without Borders national chapters. Our board members and volunteers are a mix of both engineers and non-engineers, united by a shared mission to promote development through sustainable and humanitarian engineering
Mission: To address global challenges with innovative engineering solutions, improving lives and contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Our organization is led by a dedicated board of seven members. A new board is elected every year between February and April.
